Covert targeting program is a new website, that was founded June second 2026. Our mission is to educate the public, bringing targeted Individuals together and to ultimately build several different types of resources and support for targeted Individuals. There is currently no help for targeted Individuals anywhere to be found. We here at Covert Targeting Program would like to change that. There are targeted Individuals all scattered across the USA that are in need of help. There is a need for housing for targeted Individuals and there is also a need for several different types of resources and support groups that needs to be developed across America. If you are a targeted Individual there is no where you can go for help for any of the problems you are having do to your covert targeting situation. We must come together and unite together and help each other. 

 Covert Targeting Program is doing a number of things to unite targeted Individuals and to provide real information and help for targeted Individuals.

 We are now holding our very first fundraiser to raise money to buy property that will be used to provide a safe environment for targeted Individuals to live. It's called THE SAFE TARGETED INDIVIDUALS HOUSING PROJECT. Covert Targeting Program is asking everyone to consider donating to our mission. We are asking everyone for a minimum of a ten dollar donation. We need everyone to support our mission and all of us together can make the difference in a targeted Individuals life.  This is a message from the new organization Covert Targeting Program. All of the other big organization representing the targeted individual community, are no more than Covert Operations. It's not what we say, it's what we do that counts the most. I don't want to say any names or anything like that, but the truth is, is that every organization out there that is representing the targeted Individuals community, has really proven what they are all about. We have several different organizations out there currently, that have been representing and leading the way for targeted Individuals for YEARS. It's my opinion, that every organization out there is part of one BIG PSY-OPPS. If you really check these organizations out you will find that they have been representing targeted Individuals for a long time and if you contact them, they really don't provide any type of real help for targeted Individuals. We have organizations out there that have mislead targeted Individuals into lawsuits that was never going to amount to anything anyway. Totally misleading the targeted individual. There is also a whole network of targeted Individuals conference calls that is also a complete PSY-OPPS. Set -up to engage with the target individual, so they can gather more information on the targeted individuals. Also on every major social media platform there is a whole network of fake targeted Individuals. Designed to influence and mislead the public. It's a complete PSY-OPPS everywhere you look. In order for there to be any real help for targeted Individuals in the future. We must make changes. We must come together. This is why Covert Targeting Program is now established. We believe that it's the Government that is responsible for the targeting and torture and we here at Covert Targeting Program knows that it doesn't make any sense to fight a system that has complete control. Every lawsuit is dismissed. People don't realize that writing a letter to a senator or Congressman is not the answer. Targeted Individuals are being mislead to do these types of activities. While these organizations that are telling targeted Individuals to write a letter or make a call, knowing all along that these tactics are not the answer. Covert Targeting Program is taking a different approach as to help the targeted Individuals community. There is a real need for safe housing and all types of resources and support systems, that need to be developed all across the USA. The only way to help targeted Individuals is for targeted Individuals to unite together, and help each other. It's time for new leaders to lead the way, in the fight for freedom for targeted Individuals. We need everyone to unite with our new organization and we together will make the difference in the targeted Individuals Community.
