Remote neuro monitoring is a brain to computer interface program that is being used on targeted Individuals. In my opinion it's the ultimate surveillance weapon system program. Targeted individuals are monitored 24/7 for the duration of their lives. Remote neuro monitoring (RNM) not only allows them to monitor the complete brain activity of the targeted individual. It also allows them to manipulate the brain activity. The agents using (RNM) can also tap into the visual cortex of the targeted individual and see directly through the targeted Individuals eyes. It's complete data collection in real time. Everything the targeted individual thinks, hears, See's, plus all the sensations, (taste an smell), and emotions are not only monitored. They are also recorded and saved to the cloud, and stored at a National Security (NSA) data-base center. Remote neuro monitoring (RNM) has been being used, and tested on targeted Individuals since 1975.
