This page is dedicated to victims of the Covert Targeting Program and is an effort to bring Targeted individuals across America together 

 There is currently no help for targeted individual in america. If you are a targeted individual you cannot get any type of help for any problems you are having do to this Covert Targeting Program. Targeted individual lives are being destroyed.  This program is designed to attack a Ti's life from every angle. THEY attack our friends, finances, property, THEY create problems between ti's and their families in an effort to isolate the targeted individual. 

There's targeted individual all across America that are in need of help and support. Also there is a need for housing for targeted individual.  There is a need for all different types of support groups that need to be built all across America to help targeted individuals. 

www.coverttargetingprogram.com has created this page in this website to unite targeted individuals, and to organize the targeted individuals together across America. 

Please send us an email below and tell us a little bit about your targeting experience. Please add in your email to us your name, state and city you are located in. We here at www.coverttargetingprogram.com will take your information and add it to our new targeted Individuals across America's information and location list.

This new targeted Individuals information and location list will then be used to build support groups for targeted Individuals all across America. After we get a list built of targeted Individuals we here at www.coverttargetingprogram.com will organize and be developing all types of support groups nationwide in an effort to help the targeted Individuals community.

 We need everyone to unite here with us at www.coverttargetingprogram.com in order to make the difference for targeted Individuals. There's no help in America for targeted Individuals, so we must unite together and help each other.

 We will create a public list here on this page of people's information so if you live in a specific city and state, you will be able to look at our list and find other targeted Individuals in your area and a list of resources in your area.   So please email us below and send us your information and we together will unite across America.
